Earlier in his career, Seth held leadership roles in strategy and product management with the tech-startup Farecast, which was acquired by Microsoft, and he held management roles responsible for enterprise product development with RealNetworks. Seth is a performing artist and poet. His theatrical work has appeared at On the Boards, Bumbershoot and on the Seattle Channel. His poetry has appeared in CutBank Online, Hawai’i Pacific Review, and The Main Street Rag among other publications. Seth holds a BA in Drama from the University of Washington, and he lives in Seattle with his wife and son.

Growing up short, nearsighted and as a latchkey-only-child I learned that wit and creativity can out-run sheer force. My imagination was where I could be both the hero, supporting cast and raving fan of any adventure I dreamed.

Experience has been my teacher. Learning while doing, inventing not only what to make, and discovering the path to make it. I’ve traveled around the world, mediated child custody disputes, shipped multi-million-dollar products, run business divisions, consulted and coached executives in a wide variety of settings.

I am a frequent speaker and presenter on topics such as: “Digital Fatigue,” “New Essentials of Leading Transformation” and “Building Political Capital.”

Beyond coaching and consulting, I am a poet and performing artist. My theatrical work has appeared at On the Boards, Bumbershoot and on the Seattle Channel. My poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in publications including CutBank Online, Hawai’i Pacific Review and Evening Street Review.

I grew up outside of Washington DC and attended college in Boston and in Seattle, which is where my wife and I reside and where we raised our son.
