I work with leaders and senior managers who need their organizations to behave and act differently.
I help craft the story a leader shares with specific groups of people to illustrate why change is happening and what is needed to meet the moment or opportunity. Then, I help leaders identify the incentives, skills and accountabilities their organization will need to drive new ways of doing things. I also help design the campaigns and engagements people use to build awareness and motivate new ways of thinking and behavior.

Throughout my career, first in the tech sector and then in consulting, I have designed and led programs for many small, mid-sized and large companies. I have worked on every aspect of a change journey, from creating the initial case for “why,” to conducting awareness and training.
